- Do you have a compatible mobile phone?
Check in the description of the game or wallpaper to see if it is compatible with the make and model of your mobile handset. For games you will see a list of all the devices that the game has been tested on. If the device isn't in the list then the game may not work on your handset. A compatiblity list is also available for all out wallpapers.
If you are undersure about the compatiblity of your phone, you can view our database of devices, and you can try out some of our free content to ensure that your device works.
- Is your mobile phone WAP Enabled?
Your handset must be WAP Enabled to be able to access our products. To access WAP services from your phone, select the "Services" or "Internet" option on the menu and then choose "Home". If you do not connect, then you are not WAP Enabled. Contact your Network Operator to obtain the WAP settings.
- Is your SIM Data Enabled?
If it is not, or you are unsure, then contact your network operator who can "data enable" your SIM remotely.
- Will your WAP Gateway allow large files to be downloaded?
Some WAP gateways have limitations on the amount of data that can be downloaded. Some of our larger games can only be successfully downloaded using certain Gateways. Try to obtain settings to a different Gateway that does allow large files.
